Join us for a deeply nourishing series of four 90-minute mini retreats designed to reconnect you with your wild, wise, and rooted self. Through sacred circle, gentle movement, intuitive journaling, and immersive sound baths, we awaken the medicine that lives in your body, your voice, and your ancestral roots.

Each gathering is a sanctuary of healing, remembrance, and renewal—where the Earth holds you, sound guides you, and sisterhood surrounds you.
