The Salt Ceremony will be lovingly led by Paula, guiding you through a sacred process of intention and creation. Together, we’ll craft a custom salt blend — a powerful tool for restoring the light that the long winter has dimmed, opening the door to clarity, growth, and purpose. The ceremony will gently transition into a deeply nourishing Sound Bath and Meditation Experience guided by Alethea — rooted in the energy of restoring, honoring, and growing the light within.
