Reiki Class Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Registration reserves your place in class and allows me to prepare materials, certificates, and the class experience for each student.A $ 75 registration/materials fee is nonrefundable. If you need to cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled class, the remaining amount paid may be refunded or transferred one time to a future Reiki class, based on availability.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before class may receive a 50% refund or a one-time transfer to a future class, at my discretion and based on available space.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are not refundable and cannot be transferred.
If I must cancel or reschedule a class, you may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to a future class.
I understand that emergencies arise. Please reach out as soon as possible if an unexpected situation occurs, and I will consider exceptions with compassion when possible.
